I am thrilled to share the beginning of a significant journey with you all! I recently purchased a charming home in the Elmhurst neighborhood of Sacramento, CA. Built in 1939.
My goal is completely renovate the house with a modern kitchen and bathrooms. Additionally, the floorplan will be changed from a 3-beroom, 1-bath into a 2-bedroom, 2-bath.
